Durian is a fruit with a recognizable appearance distinguished by its large size, spiky, and hard outer shell. Inside, the fruit has got custard-like flesh with large seeds. Durian’s most famous attribute is its heavy pungent smell. Durian’s taste is described as a mixture of flavors such as almonds, garlic, cheese, and caramel.
